Documents Production by completing records.
Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing SQF Practices and SSOP standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations. Avoids legal challenges by enforcing packaging regulations.
Hire, train and reprimand team members as warranted
Member of the Food Safety Team
Prior experience managing a team of employees, highly preferred in a bakery/food processing facility.
Hands on management style, this position is expected to work alongside employees in the packaging line while also overseeing the shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work late night shifts, weekends and occasional holidays.
Spoken and written English proficiency. Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
