Duties and responsibilities
" Create and maintain automotive parts electronic and print catalog.
" Manage pre-press/production. Fine-tune the final approved project and get it ready to go to the printer.
" Create marketing bulletins for new items and promotions
" Work with channel partners directly to get all required material for Catalog and the electronic non-application catalog.
" Assist in editing images for My Place for Parts
" Take product photos where necessary
" Work with internal staff to generate information and approvals for marketing materials
" Design / Update private label product packaging
" Manage and maintain graphic files, including logos, photos and art, as well as supplier logos and photos
" Proof all printed materials.
" Create promotional displays, packaging, and marketing brochures.
" Collaborate with printers on all printed materials
" Assist with power point presentations
" High School Diploma or GED required. Completion of a four-year college or university with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. A minimum of three years of account management experience required. An equivalent combination of education and experience will satisfy these requirements.
" Organized and detail-oriented
" Ability to handle multiple projects at once
" Ability to meet tight deadlines
" General marketing experience
" Writing and editing skills
" Basic automotive parts knowledge is preferred, but not a request
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required. Must be able to consistently speak
and write in both Spanish and English in a professional manner.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Excels in creative problem solving. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form in both English and Spanish.
Macintosh knowledge, good working knowledge of, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and experience with Microsoft Office
