FOOD MANUFACTURING SHIFT MANAGER
LITTLE ROCK, AR 72202
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing the operations of the second shift.This includes hiring, training and managing employees, ensuring production quotas and quality control standards are met, inventory is tracked and accounted for, and equipment sanitation procedures are followed. You will also be excepted to perform basic maintenance and repairs to production equipment as needed.
Company offers great benefits and a team atmosphere! Pay $18-21/hr based on experience.
* Previous management and/or supervisory experience
* Knowledge and ability to perform routine maintenance and repairs to equipment
* We are hiring for second shift but MUST be able to work all shifts and overtime if necessary.
