BOOKKEEPER/ PROGRAM MONITOR
LITTLE ROCK, AR 72202
As a bookkeeper you will be responsible for areas such as accounts payable and receivable, meeting preparations and entering invoices in the Abila (SAGE) accounting software. You will report to the Executive Director and assist in grant writing by providing budgeting reports, stats, performance outcomes, etc. And ensure that all financial reports and grant compliance at the federal, state and local levels are in regulation.
Program Monitor Responsibilities:
As a program monitor, it will be your job to review reports and records of activities of occupational, educational and economic information for specified programs. Monitor WIOA contractors, grant recipients, cost allocation plans, case files, case notes and case follow-ups to ensure compliance with all regulations and contracts. Draft monitoring reports, including corrective actions recommendations, responses, follow-up and closeout reports for the Executive Director s review and approval. Submits a schedule of local One Stop Center monitoring visits to the Executive Director for dissemination. Prepares quarterly financial reports for the Executive Director.
-At least 2-4 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and fiscal monitoring.
-Must know how to use Abila/SAGE accounting Software or equivalent in the WIOA areas of Adult, Dislocated Worker, and Youth Programs.
