Candidates will need to have experience working with customers on servicing and ordering parts, so previous sales is a plus. The main ability we are seeking is previous experience in a parts/service department as well as some sort of managerial/supervising experience. Must know how to effectively manage inventory and purchasing as well as money transactions. You must also be able to operate vehicles, forklifts, overhead cranes and other warehouse equipment.
Pay is dependent on experience but can start at $20/hr+ and include company benefits when hired on permanently.
At least 5 years of experience in a parts/service department
At least 2 years of management/supervisor experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Quickbooks and inventory management system
