CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

" 3+ years of Customer Service and Support via Phone. This is required.
" Skills in digital marketing, or networking, or web design/coding are highly preferred
" Must be proficient at managing your own time and projects
" Assist customers in real time, emails, phone calls, live chat
" Develop methods and tools to build and market our business
" Be able to solve problems creatively
" Reliable transportation and punctual work history
" Must be comfortable and experienced using MS Office products; Word, Excel, Outlook primarily
" Must provide at least 3 contactable references of your character and experience
" Compensation is dependent on experience and skill level.
" 10 months out of the year they normally work 5 days a week, including some Saturdays. During the months of April and May (their busiest months) they work 6 days a week with overtime.
" As part of your application, please include 3 experiences from your customer service background where you used your customer service skills to work through a difficult situation to the satisfaction of both the customer and company.
